The Karma Shedrup Ling Retreat Center offers cozy and practical Norwegian huts, perfect for 2-6 people. If you have special needs or want to bring a partner or children please contact Northern Light Yoga directly.
Program
During this time, you will learn how to embrace the five elements around you and consciously communicate with them. By doing so, you will be able to establish a heart-centered place from where you can experience the miracle of life and live a meaningful and committed existence. This immersive experience is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga and deepen their connection with nature.
Guided by Kundalini Yoga lead trainer Anand Raj, Haridev Kaur, and accompanied by herbalist and chef Jacob Roots, this retreat invites you to spend five days in harmony with nature. Together, you will live as a community, preparing meals, practicing yoga, meditating, exploring the enchanting forest, and chanting sacred mantras. They aim to bring the sacred wisdom of yogic teachings into our everyday lives and foster a harmonious relationship with nature. Additionally, you will delve into the medicinal properties of the herbs and plants that flourish right outside your doorstep, discovering how they can complement your well-being.
During this retreat, you will focus on the 10 Spiritual Bodies and the 5 Tattavas. These teachings of Kundalini yoga will take you on a profound exploration of your spiritual self.

Oslo Airport, Gardermoen
50 km away from your destination
Arrival by car
- E6 from Oslo via Ryen, or from the south via Vinterbro
- Take the exit for Klemetsrud (signposted with national road 155 to Klemetsrud)
- Take national road 155 to the left at the roundabout at Klemetsrud and drive towards Enebakk
- At Sværsvann UNO-X, take the exit to the right towards Siggerud.
- Follow Siggerudveien to Boger gård and turn into the farm, and drive slowly through the farmyard. After about 200 meters, you will see a sign pointing to the right to Karma Shedrup Ling. Drive up the forest road; the center is at the top of the hill. Park down in the parking lot, not in front of the building.
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen (OSL) .
Arrival by train
- From Oslo S: Take the train to Ski station and the 515 bus (in the direction of Hauketo station), get off at Boger gård.
Arrival by bus
- From Hauketo station: Take Bus 515 (in the direction of Ski station), get off at Boger gård.
- From Boger gård, walk through the farmyard. After about 200 meters you will see a sign pointing to the right to Karma Shedrup Ling. Walk up the forest road, the center is located at the top of the hill. (about 10 minutes)
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
