The workshops
Dedicate an entire week to your personal growth, healing, self-love, and self-work. You will be working with ancient indigenous wisdom and healing practices, to close cycles, create space and perspective to manifest the next cycle in your lives.
In the week's carefully designed program, you will be working with the physical and energetic body, releasing stagnant energy. You will have varied daily movement practices including yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga), ecstatic dance, silent hikes, and self-defence classes.
There will also be creative workshops such as origami, weaving, and painting. Musical spaces, including kirtan, Bullerengue Drum Circle, and a voice liberating workshop with indigenous representatives from the Kogui tribe, are also included.
There are 2 Ayahuasca ceremonies included in the retreat with their experienced Colombian female Shamana. She has over 20 years of experience working with this medicine.

Movement Music Medicina only works with experts in their field, and works very closely with an experienced female Chamana / Curandera (Eliana) who has been working with ancestral medicines for over 20 years after extensively training and living with the Kofan, one of the indigenous Ayahuasca communities of the Colombian Amazon.
Being raised in indigenous communities as a child and training extensively with indigenous communities as an adult, the curandera (Eliana) has lived and worked with many natural medicines in many indigenous communities in Colombia, Brazil and Peru.
She has been given permission by these communities to work with these medicines and sacred plants. She specializes in working with the following medicines.

Instructors
Alice Culligan
Alice first developed an interest in ancestral healing techniques soon after training in Oshui Reiki Levels 1 and 2. Originally training as a dancer, she specializes in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and breathwork. She is experienced in holding and facilitating healing spaces, from cacao ceremonies to women's circles to Ayahuasca ceremonies with an expert Colombian Chamana. She is also a yoga teacher trainer, teaching numerous 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training courses. She is a musician and leads many musical workshops such as kirtan, medicinal music, and sound healing.
Eliana Rincon
Eliana has been working with ancestral medicines for over 18 years after extensively training and living with the Kofan, one of the indigenous Ayahuasca communities of the Colombian Amazon. Palomino is a lively beachside town. Expect artisan jewelry, indigenous woven mochilas (bags), live music, and salsa. Many artists and musicians live here, making it a very lively and creative place—there’s always something going on! The reception can easily organize safe transport to take you there and back.

Three healthy complete and colorful vegetarian meals are provided each day, by the expert Colombian chef who uses local produce, local tropical fruits, and vegetables.
