Hatha Yoga welcomes you to balance strength and flexibility with breath control. Vinyasa allows you to move from one pose to the next with synchronized breath. Each class will develop your practice as well as prepare you with the knowledge and understanding to go on to teach it yourself.
Alignment and Adjustment
Throughout the course, you will have classes focused on alignment and adjustment techniques for foundational poses of standing, laying, seated, inverted, etc. These classes provide you with the knowledge of modifications, advanced variations, appropriate use of props, and hands-on adjustments practice.
These classes equip you to teach with safety and mindfulness while deepening your own practice. You'll experience each posture more fully, enhancing your awareness of alignment and understanding your limits. By truly feeling the postures, you’ll gain valuable insights that enable you to guide others with greater empathy and clarity.

You'll learn about its historical roots and foundational principles, as well as the techniques that promote deep relaxation and conscious awareness. This practice not only helps in stress reduction and emotional healing but also creates a deeper connection to self-awareness, allowing you to guide others into profound states of relaxation and inner peace.
Mantra Chanting and Shatkriya
Mantra chanting will be carried out daily, you'll explore the art of mantra chanting, an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound to elevate consciousness and deepen meditation. You’ll learn about the historical significance of mantras, their phonetic structures, and the vibrational effects they have on the mind and body.
In your Shatkriya classes, you will explore a series of six cleansing techniques specifically designed to purify both body and mind. Delving into its historical roots in yogic traditions, you will engage with practices that enhance physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
