Do you want to take your yoga practice to the next level? Find the right program to become a yoga instructor and deepen your knowledge and practice in your yoga path. Moksha Yogshala conducts an authentic and intensive 200-hour yoga teacher training program covering asana, pranayama, mudra, detox, and meditation techniques. Practical includes Hatha and Ashtanga styles of yoga. The theory includes yoga anatomy and physiology, philosophy.
The accommodation is facilitated with Wi-Fi connection and with air-conditioning available (on request only). However, please note that Moksha Yogshala provides accommodation for a student who joins yoga classes. Any friends or relatives will not be included in the accommodation.
There are three room options available for this course: single private room, double shared room and triple share room. The rooms are equipped with double beds, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. All rooms are shared with the same gender. Mother and daughter, wife and husband can share their rooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hot showers and towels.
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is created for individuals with aspirations of becoming yoga teachers but is appropriate for any individual wishing to further expand their yoga practice. The medium of communication in this course is English, so it requires a certain amount of proficiency in the language to be able to handle and respond to the instructions and lectures. There are no educational requirements to join it. As long as you are able to express yourself and be who you are, you're welcome.
The teacher training will cover traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama, yoga philosophy/ethics/lifestyle, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology, purification KRIYAS, mudras, mantras chanting, bhandas and meditation. Besides these main topics, the team is also passionate about sharing with you the experience and teachings of Sufi meditation, Yoga Nidra and Various yogic breathing techniques.
Yoga India Moksha Yoga focuses on providing you with small, intimate class settings for individualized and personalized attention from their beloved teachers. The teachers are not only rich in knowledge, but they are also teaching from their own experience in yoga, meditation, and often strong sadhana Your classes are located in the same building as your accommodations, so teachers are easily accessible to you throughout the day.
Besides teaching yoga asanas you will also learn the effect of some asanas on mind patterns. This will enable you to change habits and certain mind patterns and help other people in your teachings.

Mr. Vishal Sharma is a certified yoga trainer. He has completed a master of arts in Yogic science. He has also done a one-year diploma in Yoga and 500 hours TTC. Master of Arts in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in 2018. Certificate of participation in the Yogasan Championship organized by Shri Jai Ram Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya in April 2017. Moksha Yogshala is located in Rishikesh. Rishikesh is known as Tapo Bhumi, meaning the place for yoga and meditation of the Gods. Rishikesh is a peaceful temple town where the Ganges River flows clear and is full of spiritual energy. Rishikesh is a holy place that acts as the beginning of the path leading to the sacred places deep in the Himalayas.
The food provided at Moksha Yogshala is 100 percent vegetarian, not vegan. Special needs or diets can be catered for. You will need to inform Moksha Yogshala in advance so their chef can prepare food for you especially. Breakfast will typically have two fruits and upma/poha/parathas/sprouts/idli. During lunch and dinner, you will typically have one portion of dal, vegetable curry, chapatis, and rice.
All the food is served freshly within a short time after preparing so that you can receive the highest amount of vital energy/life force energy (Prana) from it. Sustainability is a very important aspect of Moksha Yogshala, so they do their best to stay away from wasting any food and put importance on cooking the right amount at any time.
MOKSHA YOGSHALA doesn't provide any spa treatment in the course. They can bring you to very professional Ayurvedic massage centers at an additional cost.
