During the training you will stay in a spacious room with an ensuite bathroom, a working desk, and a sofa, overlooking the pool.
Kindly be noted that only 24 nights of accommodation will be provided. You can choose to take the one night free before. If you choose to take it after the training, the day before the training starts, you will have to stay in another place and if you choose to take it before the training, the day after the training ends, you will have to stay in another place.
Program
Some of you have already gained a degree as a yoga teacher with the 200-hour yoga teacher training, but now it's time to build yourself as a more dynamic and professional yoga teacher. For this, yoga for 300 hours is the best option one can go for. The course is set as per the standards of Yoga Alliance, USA. It also means that once you complete the course, you become eligible to register yourself as an RYT-300 or 300 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher. The course is conducted by highly registered teachers and instructors of Maa Shakti Yog, Bali.

Course syllabus
Asanas (3 hours a day)
Asana is a Sanskrit word that means "yogic postures or movements." Traditionally defined, asana means "comfortable seat," which means it is a seated posture used in meditation.
Pranayama
Pranayama, also known as breathing exercise, is the foundation of yoga practice. "Prana" means breath and "Ayama" means to control; on combined, "pranayama" means "to control or hold the breath."
Meditation
Observing your deep breaths, which facilitate stilling your mind for a few minutes, where it is away from all the unnecessary aspects, is meditation. There are mainly four types of meditation styles you'll focus on, i.e., traditional Himalayan meditation, healing meditation, crystal meditation, and sound meditation.
Mantra chanting
Chanting the powerful, spiritual mantras helps in the union of the body with the mind. It will surely give you a deeply philosophical experience.
Anatomy and physiology
Anatomy deals with the bodily structure of an individual and how to protect from injuries. In the yoga teacher training classes, they conduct the theoretical class of anatomy too.
Alignment and adjustment
The yoga teacher training courses focus on body alignments, which means doing poses or asanas in an effortless state of body, according to the body composition of an individual. Alignments are very significant to understand any style of yoga practice.
Philosophy
Philosophy here means yoga Philosophy, which includes the systemic study of the body, mind, and spirit of an individual.
Mudra and bandhas
Yoga mudras means "gesture" that facilitates the flow of energy in the body of an individual. Treating under the heading of yoga mudras, Bandhas is body locks in yoga.
Shatkarmas
Shatkarmas is basically the six purification techniques that aim to clean the body, free from all diseases. More than this, it improves the flow of prana into the organs of the body.

Yogi Vishnu Panigrahi has been steeped in spiritual endeavors since childhood. As a young boy, his grandfather advised him to meditate and pursue spirituality from an honest and pure perspective. A Radhe-Krishna Temple was constructed by his grandfather in their village in Odisha, India where Vishnu would frequently serve food and water to wandering sadhus. In the larger town ten kilometers away from his village, young Vishnu would skip school and attend the satsang (spiritual company and discourse of the saintly) of several swamis, counting among them was Swami Avdheshanand Giri of Haridwar.
Rohit Ji
Rohit Rawat, a Himalayan native, emerged as a dedicated yoga teacher with a profound spiritual journey. For a decade, he has enlightened seekers in the serene realms of Rishikesh and Bali. Yogi Ankit ji
Ankit ji was born in Devprayag, the origin of the mother Ganges, and raised in the world capital of yoga, Rishikesh. Ever since his childhood, he started practicing yoga with gurus in Rishikesh. From a young age, he has been very active, and worked towards exceeding his body’s limits one way or another. He specializes in the sacred art of Ashtanga Flow and his perfection in this style and its alignment can only be credited to his commitment to his mind and body. He has completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Yogic Science and regularly practices yoga with the best gurus of Rishikesh.
