A typical Saturday
Start the day with a mindful flow, nourish your body with a two-course brunch, enjoy a walk in nature, or lounge around the house or your cozy room with your favorite book, a mid-day "pick me up" with an embodied Hatha class, book a soothing massage, enjoy afternoon tea followed by a Yin or Restore gong bath workshop. End the day with a two-course, nutritious, tasty dinner, then drift off to your comfy bed for a wonderful night's sleep.

Lisa Valentine
Independent, dedicated, and passionate, Lisa is here to support you in your yoga practice. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and wellness, inspired by ancient wisdom and grounded in modern science. A yogi for 20 years, Lisa discovered yoga on her travels around the world in her early 20s. Her style of teaching keeps growing and evolving over the years. With 800 hours training to include Vinyasa, Scaravelli Hatha, Yin, and Restorative, over 3000 hours of teaching, and 12 years of teaching experience, she is recognized as an experienced yoga teacher via Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Cotswold Park Barns is situated on the Cotswold Park Estate in the heart of the Cotswolds. The Barns themselves are sat in the center of a 195-acre estate with amazing views over the rolling Cotswold hills You are guaranteed your privacy.
The Barns are just 10 minutes from the beautiful market town of Cirencester and 10 minutes from the Regency Town of Cheltenham. It is located within an hour of Cardiff, Bristol, Bath, Newbury, Oxford, Birmingham, Warwick, Worcester, Cheltenham, and Gloucester.
