Cultivating happiness and peace of mind. A Yogi for 20 years, I discovered yoga on my travels around the world in my early 20's. My style of teaching keeps growing and evolving over the years. With 400 hrs training to include VInyasa, Hatha, Yin & restorative, over 2500 hrs of teaching and 10 years teaching experience, I am recognised as an Experienced Yoga teacher via Yoga Alliance professionals.
Nina is a yoga teacher who is also Pilates trained. She will be offering an alternative class if you prefer a slower paced session, and will also be co-teaching on the evening classes. Nina offers a total body workout to stretch, tone and elongate the muscles while working with the core, increasing balance, and improving stamina.
Ness’s journey started over 25 years ago, and in 2007 she discovered and fell in love with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and it has been the focus of her practice ever since. She has studied with some extraordinary teachers over the years, none more so than John Scott, from whom she gained her Ashtanga Vinyasa teaching certifications in 2016/17.
