A yogi for 20 years, Lisa discovered yoga on her travels around the world in her early 20s. Her style of teaching keeps growing and evolving over the years. With 400 hrs training to include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative, over 2500 hrs of teaching and 10 years of teaching experience, she is recognized as an experienced yoga teacher via Yoga Alliance Professionals.
