Komorebi healing is about refinding your light. This is an away-from-home, healing retreat, tailored to your needs, at an affordable price. It is a blend of mental health and yoga healing. The retreat is particularly aimed at those who have experienced anxiety, trauma, or depression.
You work in a small group so that you can ask all the questions that you want and also enjoy one-to-one sessions with the principal header based around your particular story.
Expect mindful activities, somatic healing, and a program of self-love activities to restore your self-worth and confidence. Their aim is for you to return home with a treasure chest of life-changing activities, learning, and a new sense of purpose.

If coming from London airports, use either:
- Paddington train station to Dawlish - 2 hours and 37 minutes
- Waterloo train station to Dawlish - 3.5 hours
Paddington is a direct train but more expensive. The Danish seaside station is a 5-minute walk from your accommodation.

- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
