8 Day Immersive Yoga and Movement Retreat in Magical Pelion, Greece
Yoga and Movement Retreat in Greece
Come home to yourself. Honour the pause. As the air turns crisp and whispers of autumn drift through the trees, nature begins its graceful surrender to winter. Honouring this quiet metamorphosis, join and celebrate the spaces between seasons, a sanctuary of stillness where you can explore the art of undoing. Through guided yoga and somatic movement practices, embrace transition and the deep wisdom of wintering, unrushed and attuned to the rhythms of nature.

Program
Unrushed and attuned to the rhythms of nature, participants are invited to embrace transition and the deep wisdom of wintering.
Step through a guided doorway into the season of self. By turning inward, this experience invites withdrawal and transformation. This is a time to release what no longer serves, trust the cycles of life, lean into the cold outside, retreat into inner winter, and make space for the promise of renewal.
Nestled where the mountains meet the sea, Pelion Homes offer a sanctuary of rest and nourishment in an undiscovered corner of Greece. Guests are invited to join in this mythical land of centaurs and savour the quiet beauty of Greece’s lesser-known autumn. Breathe in fresh mountain air, wander secluded beaches along the Pagasetic Gulf, feast on local wine, and nourish the body with organic meals. Through guided movement and intentional stillness, participants explore practices that reconnect them to their essence, invite introspection, and prepare them for the seasonal shift ahead.
Throughout the week, the retreat moves gently through a rhythm designed to help participants balance, flow and restore.
- The retreat begins on Friday, welcoming you with arrivals, a nourishing dinner, and an opening circle to set intentions for the days ahead.
- On Saturday, you ease into the retreat with a morning practice followed by brunch. The afternoon offers an optional hike through Pelion’s beautiful landscapes before the group gathers again for a calming evening yin session and dinner.
- Sunday starts with morning practice and brunch, after which the group heads into the mountains for a village excursion and wine tasting. The group returns in time for an evening meditation and a shared dinner.
- On Monday, after morning practice and brunch, the day opens into free time, perfect for rest or a scheduled massage. You reconnect in the evening for practice before closing the day with dinner.
- Tuesday begins with grounding morning practice and brunch, followed by a silent meditation walk. The rest of the afternoon is free for relaxation or massages, and the group meets again for evening practice.
- On Wednesday, participants enjoy morning practice and brunch before heading out on a village and beach adventure, soaking in Pelion’s hidden gems. The evening brings a gentle meditation and dinner.
- Thursday offers a slower rhythm, beginning with morning practice and a silent meditation walk. The afternoon is left open for free time or massages, and the group comes together again for evening practice and dinner.
- You close your journey on Friday with a final morning practice and a heartfelt closing circle, followed by brunch before departures.
The program may be subject to change and weather-dependent. Check-in on the arrival day is at 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day.
