Program

A journey through the Five Elements: Your daily flow

This immersion is designed to mirror the natural rhythms of the jungle, moving from the active energy of the morning to the deep, restorative integration of the afternoon. Each day will be a carefully woven tapestry of movement, stillness, and the art of touch.

Your journey will begin each morning with a grounding Hatha and Vinyasa yoga practice, specifically designed to cultivate the physical presence and sensitivity required for deep bodywork. Through daily guided meditation and breathwork (pranayama), you will refine your internal focus before diving into the sacred practice of conscious touch.

Surrounded by the private waterfalls and ancient canopy of Cascada Elysiana, you will experience the "Pura Vida" lifestyle through organic farm-to-table nourishment and off-grid living. Disconnect from the digital world to rediscover the profound language of the human body and the stillness of your own mind.

This immersive retreat in the lush mountains of Pérez Zeledón will bring together Thai massage and the Five Elements of Chinese medicine as a practical and poetic framework for understanding the body.

Guided by Fleur-Anne and Inti, you are invited to deepen your understanding of touch, movement, and the body’s natural rhythm. Set against the backdrop of Cascada Elysiana’s spectacular waterfalls and primary jungle, you will explore how touch becomes listening, how rhythm supports the nervous system, and how different qualities of contact allow the body to open and reorganize into coherence.

You will learn a complete one-hour Thai massage sequence to integrate into your own practice, while developing a more embodied and responsive way of giving and receiving touch. This workshop is designed to support both personal exploration and professional mastery.

The journey

  • Daily yoga (07:00): A solar practice to prepare the body and mind, focusing on fluidity and grounded presence
  • The Five Elements path: A diagnostic map to navigate the physical and energetic body
  • Dynamic and static Thai: Balancing the "rocking" rhythm of water with the stillness of deep, intentional pressure
  • Jungle integration: Time for waterfall dips, hiking, and connecting with the vibrant ecosystem of Pérez Zeledón

Inner Echo Touch prioritizes an intimate and high-quality learning environment; therefore, this immersion is strictly limited to a 12-person circle.

What to expect

  • Professional Thai massage training: Master the transitions between Dynamic fluidity and Osteo Thai structural integration
  • Five Elements curriculum: Align your practice with the seasonal and energetic cycles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
  • Daily yoga and asana practice: Morning Hatha and Vinyasa sessions to build strength, flexibility, and somatic awareness
  • Morning guided meditation: Cultivate mental clarity and a focused "metta" (loving-kindness) presence for healing work
  • Exclusive jungle sanctuary: Stay at the eco-conscious Cascada Elysiana, featuring private waterfalls and primary rainforest
  • Intimate learning environment: Limited to a 12-person circle to ensure personalized instruction and deep communal connection
  • Farm-to-table experience: Enjoy three daily organic, locally-sourced meals prepared to nourish your practice
  • Bilingual guidance: Instruction tailored for an international community, including English and French-speaking participants

The morning: Cultivating the internal echo

Begin each day in the open-air shala as the rainforest wakes up. The morning will start with guided meditation and pranayama to settle the mind, followed by a Hatha or Vinyasa yoga (asana) practice. These sessions will be specifically sequenced to prepare the practitioner's body - focusing on the ergonomics, flexibility, and grounded presence necessary for high-level bodywork.

The afternoon: The art of conscious touch

After a nourishing organic lunch and personal rest, you will transition into the core Thai massage training. You will explore the fluidity of Dynamic Thai and the structural depth of Osteo Thai, guided by the principles of the Five Elements. These sessions will include demonstrations, supervised practice, and deep somatic inquiry.

The evening: Integration and creativity

As dusk falls, the group will gather for "Inner Echo" integration. These will be spaces for purpose journaling, mandala artwork, and community circles. These creative tools will help bridge the gap between the physical techniques learned and your own personal or professional evolution.

Schedule

  • 07:00 - 08:30: Morning meditation and solar yoga practice (asana)
  • 09:00 - 10:00: Tropical farm-to-table breakfast
