Instructors
Inti Segura
Inti is a holistic massage therapist and instructor since 2013 with extensive experience in dynamic and Traditional Thai massage. His work is grounded, attentive, and adaptive, shaped by years of practice in yoga, Reiki, and reflexology. This diverse background allows him to approach the body as an interconnected whole, where structure, energy, and awareness continuously inform one another. Inti offers a body-mind experience that supports regulation, circulation, and integration. Teaching in Spanish and English.
Fleur-Anne
Fleur-Anne has a dedicated yoga teacher since 2016 and Thai / Osteo-Thai massage therapist and instructor since 2021. Her work is rooted in presence, listening, and respect for the body’s intelligence. Her approach weaves together movement, breath, and conscious touch to create spaces where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect, and sense themselves more clearly. Through her teaching and bodywork, she emphasizes awareness, integrity in touch, and the subtle dialogue that unfolds between giver and receiver. Teaching in French and English.
Julie
Julie teaches a range of yoga styles accessible to all levels, weaving mindful movement into each practice. She guides students to slow down, to be attuned to rhythm of the breath and reconnect body, mind, and emotions. Her practice is rooted in the architecture of mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and the science of positive psychology. She creates supportive and empowering spaces designed for deep self-connection. Teaching in French and English.
