Accommodation
You will stay for two nights in Sanur, a beach town, then three nights on Gili Meno, a beautiful tiny island with no motorized traffic! Surrounded by clear water and sea turtles. Then five nights in the south Bali area in a luxurious retreat center, including a trip to the artistic and yoga town of Ubud (where Eat, Pray, Love was filmed). You will have double rooms (two in each room) for most or all accommodations, so you will not have to share rooms with several people.
Program
The theme for this retreat will be balancing our energy: body and spirit, masculine and feminine, balanced eating and drinking, work and play, speaking and listening. The Balinese people have a strong focus on balance and harmony amidst this world of polarity and duality. They even feel we need to balance our “good” and “evil” energies! We will explore this idea, among other related topics.
Itinerary
Day 1
Fly to Denpasar, where a taxi or shuttle will take you to your hotel just 20 minutes from the airport.
Day 2
Breakfast, short yoga class, then free day to ground, settle in, maybe ride a bike, swim, wander Sanur, maybe get a massage.
Day 3
Breakfast, then one hour shuttle to beach town of Padang Bai, then 2-hour beautiful boat ride to the tiny car-less island of Gili Meno, where you spend three nights, with morning yoga, breakfast, relaxing, wandering, sunning, swimming, and eating amazing food! Healing playshop.
Day 4
Morning yoga, breakfast, snorkel boat trip to another small island, seeing turtles.
Day 5
Another day in paradise for food, yoga, swimming, and relaxing.
Day 6
Morning yoga, breakfast, then catch a boat back to Bali, shuttle to our final destination, a more luxurious retreat center in south Bali.
Day 7
yoga, meditation, breakfast, day to wander and relax, re-ground.
Day 8
yoga, meditation, breakfast, shuttle to Ubud for shopping, eating, and exploring the monkey forest. Day in Ubud: temple and water ritual, yoga, great food, other optional trips and services, and healing. Dinner at the retreat center.
Day 9
Yoga, breakfast, and other optional trips, services, and healing. Dinner at the lodge.
Day 10
Yoga, meditation, breakfast, last full day, and other optional trips and services. Dinner at the lodge.
Day 11
Yoga, breakfast, then shuttles to the airport for flights home, unless you cannot leave!

Instructors
Roy Holman
Roy has taught since 2000 and is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher in the Viniyoga tradition. He teaches safe, gentle, body-friendly, grounded, breath-connected, prayerful, flowing, and traditional Hatha yoga. He also teaches breathwork (pranayama) and meditation and incorporates the aspects of emotional healing and balancing. Roy is less focused on Hindu gods and more interested in aligning with the Divine (God), and clearing the body temple for the Holy Spirit.
Liz Gross
Liz Gross is a certified energy therapist, a vibrational medicine practitioner, and a biopulsar reflexograph analyst. She is a graduate of EarthWalk Institute of Healing Arts in Bellevue, Washington. Liz is a gifted sound and vibration healer and teaches with Roy on retreats. Liz teaches yoga, meditation, oneness, and often does some of the cooking on the retreats. She feels very passionate about vibrational medicine and loves working with others in that way. Here newest tool is NeurOptimal, an amazing technology for balancing or training the brain and helping clear past trauma.

Things to do (optional)
In your free time, you can go for a swim, for snorkeling, or just go for some local culture discovering and exploring. There is an optional one day before the trip officially begins, where you can take a boat to a great snorkel spot to swim with manta rays and enjoy clear waters.

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Holman Health will pick you up from the airport.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
