Program

At Hatha Yoga World, they believe the good things are yet to be learned even when being a teacher already. This is a part of the cycle when you get the nutrients you need to grow again. In this advanced course, they dive deeper into the yoga practice covering topics like challenging asanas, anatomy, philosophy, and pranayama. In the art of alignment class, Hatha Yoga World introduces you to different techniques on how to modify poses according to different body types and needs. With these tools, you can teach beginners, intermediate, and elders.

It is a multi-style course where you will practice Ashtanga Vinyasa, traditional Hatha with a focus on proper alignment and adjustments, Yin yoga, and Hatha Vinyasa. This course teaches yoga knowledge on a more advanced level. With this gained wisdom you can teach with confidence and clarity. To sign up you have to be a 200-hour certified teacher already. At Hatha Yoga World, you will begin every course with a fire ceremony to bless a new beginning. After the ceremony, on the first day, you will get a bag and shirt with Hatha Yoga World logo print, a book called “Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha” by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, a course manual, a notebook, and a pen.

During the course, you will get a neti pot to clean your nostrils every morning in the kriya class. On the last day of the course, you will get a rudraksha mala from them as a gift and blessing for your future as a teacher and maybe even a studio owner. See your skills, position, and improve your yoga teaching skills, and become able to teach yoga in a confident and compassionate way. You are the creator and all things are possible.

You are only limited by who you think you are and Hatha Yoga World wishes to see you contribute the gifts you have to the world. This way, you can empower and give each other strength to follow your truth. Everyone is guilty of dreaming and hoping but the moments you are content with are a peaceful feeling. This is something you can realize through our sadhana but do not let the perception of yoga and spirituality be in the way of making yoga your lifestyle.

The practice should be forming an unbroken whole in your life and daily life should be about getting better every day physically, spiritually, and seeking knowledge about the body and health. Spend time looking at life and question habits, without getting too busy with work and everyday tasks so that you will end up forgetting the essence of life, which is feeling and being aware. Stay connected with yourself.

You do not have to quit everything, but what can you do to take a step back and be your own best friend? Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Not everyone needs to choose yoga as their work, this is not the point. Yoga will help any individual do their job better and live an ordinary human life with more awareness.

Inspiration is wonderful but comparing your journey can be frustrating. Be yourself. Don't be divine or the opposite, be human. Touch, appreciate and be grateful for the human form and nature. Through the sadhana (practice) you can tune in and become conscious of your magnificence and you will find the bright place which is inside all of you. You have to nourish it and it will remain lit. You have powers stronger than you can imagine and have a connection with the cosmic self, the universe.

You are not here by coincidence so move forward with a bright, optimistic, and positive mindset surrendering into the beauty of the present moment and be aware to understand your heart, soul, and the signs leading you. A practical exam where students teach a final asana and pranayama class is mandatory at the end of the yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh. In anatomy and philosophy, the test will be a written test.

The exam is not meant to feel like a forceful situation for the students, on the contrary, Hatha Yoga World wishes that their future graduates will find joy in the whole process from learning, to creating a class to teaching it and getting feedback. To go through this process with the clarity it is important to be present throughout the course at the yoga TTC school in India. You will have all the support and tools you need. The teachers are here to help and prepare both your body, mind, and spirit for sharing yoga.

Hatha Yoga World wants students to graduate as teachers who are highly confident in giving instructions, performing demonstrations, and making hands-on adjustments. The program focuses on providing you with opportunities to develop your skills as both a teacher and a student. Each day is devoted to attending lectures gaining knowledge about philosophy, anatomy and daily you will have an hour devoted toward gaining practical experience making adjustments, either as corrections or to send a student deeper into a pose.

Hatha Yoga World believes that becoming a good teacher means becoming a good student firstly. You will also benefit from guidance given individually. This 300-hour multi-styled yoga teacher training course includes meditation, mantra chanting, kriyas, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga Vinyasa, anatomy, yoga philosophy, pranayama, and more. When doing an intense course like a teacher training course, it is especially important to nurture oneself with nutritious fuel for the body and mind. To do yoga asanas is not enough on its own, the lifestyle has to be yogic as well and then the transformation is felt. You are what you eat, it affects your mood and ways of thinking. In yoga, it is recommended to eat a sattvic diet, which means eating food that makes you feel light and energetic. At Hatha Yoga World, the meals served will be sattvic to purify the body and therefore also the mind.

They have a talented and passionate chef who will provide fresh meals cooked with love. The energy from the one cooking should be good and kind since this also affects the prana in the food. In Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, it is emphasized to eat at the same time every day. With busy lifestyles, it can be difficult. At Hatha Yoga World, the meals are set at specific times with regular intervals to support the natural rhythm of the body.
