Program

What is singing bowl healing?

Singing bowl healing, also known as sound healing or sound bath is an ancient practice that uses the vibrations and sounds of metallic or crystal bowls to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Why choose this training and what are the benefits?

Singing bowl training provides valuable skills for personal well-being and the potential to begin a professional sound healing practice. It offers a unique path to holistic wellness and stress reduction through the trans formative power of sound and vibration. The course includes a one-hour Ayurvedic massage, visits to temples, accommodation, and vegetarian meals.

All instructors are highly professional and certified by Yoga Alliance. The sound vibrations used during training impact the nervous system, producing deep relaxation and reducing stress and pain responses. This training enables participants to use singing bowls professionally and offer healing sessions through sound and vibration.

Students receive comprehensive course materials, theory instruction, and extensive hands-on practice, helping them feel confident in guiding clients into deep relaxation. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that is recognized worldwide, allowing them to teach others.

No prerequisites are required except a willingness to learn and the ability to follow simple methods using singing bowls and other instruments. The course is designed for those with no prior experience. Graduates will acquire the skills needed to practice singing bowl sound therapy.
