      My best meditation retreat so far

      The place was sooo nice and I felt at home immediately. The garden where the nuns grow their own vegetables was a beautiful place to reflect and walk around. Maria's teachings were very inspiring, practical and really helped me to improve my meditation practice and to deepen my knowledge of Tibetan Buddhism. I would recommend this retreat to anybody who wants to start or go deeper with their meditation practice and have three beautiful days reflecting on life. Maria is a great teacher and a very inspiring loving person.
