You will be staying in the huts at the most beautiful Arambol Beach which are specially prepared for those who wish to attend yoga teacher training courses. These huts are surrounded by coconut trees in a peaceful atmosphere. Every necessity is readily available so that all students can enjoy every moment during the training program.
Ek Omkar Yoga has a restaurant in the school, where you are served three meals per day during the 26-day course. There is a beautiful dining area to enjoy superb vegetarian meals. The beach huts are equipped with lots of facilities that make you feel at home.

Hatha yoga is the most ancient and traditional form of yoga. It is one of the best yoga practices for those who are very much connected to the body. The word Hatha means ‘forceful’ in Sanskrit. This type of yoga means tenacity to reshape the body, in a way; to re-engineer the whole system. It focuses on physical practice and how this can help you achieve inner balance. As per Hindu belief deity, Shiva is the founder of Hatha yoga.
The more esoteric meaning of sun (Ha) and moon (Tha) was a later addition when elements of subtle body psychology gained prominence. According to this view, Hatha is the union of two opposites. Aman Walia is the lead teacher and founder of Ek Omkar Yoga center in Goa. He started his spiritual journey 20 years ago as a teenager when he was introduced to some of Osho’s teachings. He decided to stay at Osho’s ashram in Pune to learn more. He has practiced yoga and meditation and trained in several schools and is eager to share what he has learned to others in France where he lives half of the year and India where he was born and runs Ek Omkar Yoga center from October to March.
Delphine is a certified 500 RYT yoga teacher. She mostly teaches Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Alignment-adjustment, Art of teaching, Prenatal, and Fertility yoga. She attended Yoga Alliance yoga teacher training in Portugal, France, and India where she now lives part of the year when she is not in Paris, her home place. Delphine is a dynamic, fun, and caring woman, passionate about sharing her knowledge, bringing together pranayama, yoga asana, alignment, and body awareness to make her students healthy, conscious, and inspired. She leads workshops, retreats, and teacher training in France and India.

You will be served pure vegetarian meals three times a day except for Sundays and unlimited filtered cold and hot water included in the price.
