    Great location by the Ocean.

Instructors even gave more lessons than it was in program, as per our request, answered all questions, individual approach, very friendly.

Food was just amazing, it was home made and every day different, they even prepared food on request.

    "Wonderful "

The staff were so friendly and caring. I felt really at home and look after from the minute I stepped foot on the retreat.

The yoga teacher and lessons were so informative and I learn so much and I can’t believe how much my strength and yoga improved.

The food was all home cooked and delicious.

The bamboo huts are basic but just what you need. The location is right on the beach so you are able to fully relax between the yoga lessons.

I would highly recommend coming here f

"Staying at Ek Omkar for one week"

I absolutely loved the food they were serving three times a day. Always freshly cooked and very tasty. The kitchen staff was very sweet and so talented (the food was defenitely a highlight). I started the retreat at the same time as a teacher training group, so I could join all their activities, which allowed for a wide range of classes (pranayama, asana, mantra chanting, alignment). I really liked the mixture of yoga styles they were offering, I especially enjoyed the Vinyasa/Ashtanga classes with Krista. The location right next to the beach was amazing, I could go for a swim whenever I felt like it. I booked a shared room, which I didn't have to share in the end. Not having to share the room was a relieve, since the bathroom is inside the bedroom which doesn't allow for much privacy.

And of course I shoud praise food they provide there! It has a touch of indiand spices but in same time they make sure it will be very healthy!

Location was right by the ocean but there are plenty of places like this in Arambol that are much mote cared for.

Food was quite tasty but repetitive - thali for lunch and dinner every day.
