Aerial yoga
Aerial yoga is a graceful fusion of traditional yoga and suspended movement, practiced with the support of a soft silk hammock. By working with gravity rather than against it, the body experiences deeper stretches, spinal decompression, and effortless inversions in a safe and supported way. Suspended above the ground, practitioners build core strength, improve flexibility, and develop balance with confidence and control. The hammock becomes both a prop and a partner — encouraging fluid movement, mindful breathing, and a sense of lightness.
Beyond its physical benefits, Aerial yoga offers a deeply rejuvenating experience. Gentle inversions enhance circulation, while restorative floating postures calm the nervous system and create a meditative, cocoon-like relaxation.
