D'vine means Brahman, the absolute, the supreme reality, or higher consciousness. Yoga means union, to be one to merge with the higher consciousness, allow our self to dissolve into the higher universal Self. Yoga means to be aware of our lower and higher tendencies to be aware of individual and universal dimensions of ourselves.
D'vine yoga is the yoga of awakening and cultivating love toward the divine and every living being around us. Through yoga practice, we come to this understanding and realization that to live a happy, healthy, peaceful, and successful life, is to let the divine permeate and guide your life to become whole. Let the D'vine descend and dawn in you, let it flow through you, shine, brighten, and lead your life.
D’vine yoga is an inner journey
- From confliction to connection
- From reaction to response
- From duality to non-duality
- From individual Self to transcendental Self
- From darkness (tamas) to light (sattva)
- From ignorance to wisdom
- From lower-Self to higher-Self
- From close being to openness
- From small mind to big mind
- From Meditativeness to equanimity
