Classes and workshops
Hatha Vinyasa yoga
Each day, you will begin with the physical exploration or asana practice as part of your practice is to awaken the body and the mind so you can delve deeper within. You will explore some slow and graceful flows together to draw toxins out of the body and unravel the layers that you keep hidden. Each day, your practice will be different, focusing on the journey of the chakras as a focus for your practices to allow you to move within this journey of awakening through the body from the root to the crown.
Each day, you will be dropping in deeper to listening and cultivating a practice that is best suited for each individual, so you will continue to practice post-retreat once you directly experience the benefits. Both of you are very much focused on alignment, ensuring you will leave knowing exactly how to place your body to achieve the most from your practice. Whilst one of the teachers the other will adjust so they will always be there to support and guide you.
Prana Vinyasa yoga
Prana Vinyasa has been developed by American-born teacher Shiva Rea over 25 years of teaching and a lifetime of study and practice. It´s a creative, dynamic yoga-flow on the rhythm of our breath and body to live in flow with the pulse of life.
Prana Vinyasa yoga connects you to the elements within your own body and to the flow of nature. It transforms a class into sadhana, or ritual meditation. We are natural beings who should be living as part of the natural world, and the practice of Prana Vinyasa honours and nurtures this truth.
Kundalini yoga
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. The ultimate goal of Kundalini is to increase your self-awareness and higher consciousness by silencing your mind and unblocking your energetic body, so that your vital energy can flow freely.
- Kundalini has the capacity, in a few minutes, to shift your state of mind.
- Gives you space to be more aware of the neurosis and not to react to it.
- Help you to go through resistance, develop endurance, courage, and willpower.
- Lead and inspire you to move into new ways of thinking, being, and living from the heart for the greatest good.
- Kundalini practices shine light into darkness, bring healing and transformation.
Yin yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body, and the meridians, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Pilates
A Pilates class focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. There is also a strong focus on flexibility, posture, and balance. Pilates also emphasizes the mind-body connection. While performing the various exercises, your mind needs to remain constantly aware of your breath and the way your body moves.
Partner yoga
Partner yoga is two or more people joining together to deepen the impact and experience of a yoga practice. The primary component that differentiates partner practice from individual practice is touch. You touch and are touched by others. You use traction and leverage, and the kinesthetic awareness that comes from touch, to open to greater depths in your bodies and your psyches.
Although Partner yoga is a newly emerging practice, it has ancient roots in Tantric lineages. Tantra, like Partner yoga, is a word with many misconceptions, including that it is all about sex and for lovers only.
The word Tantra, however, essentially means to weave, and the core of its philosophy is using everything that you relate to as part of the path. Partner yoga also holds the philosophy of using relationships as a tool for awakening to your true nature.
Mindfulness meditation
Conscious Being Retreats creates a space to calm the mind and let go of stress and preoccupation, a space to open to awareness and generate a high vibrational field.
Meditation helps you to develop a deep state of mental calm and create space for a deep vision of reality. Mindfulness is being aware of your thoughts, emotions, and actions in the present without any judgment or interpretation. It is an opportunity to wake up from the automatic pilot of your patterns and reactions, to create space to respond rather than react to life challenges.
The mind is like an instrument that needs to be tuned: Tuning the instrument, harmonizes its function in a way that optimizes the wholesomeness and well-being and minimizes your aggression and fears in a way that allows you to interact, resonate and connect with others, your needs, and the environment and rest in that place of stillness regardless of the chaos that might swirl around you.
Meditation is where healing and transformation meet to guide you back home to your hearts.
Breathwork
In the session, you will use special headphones. You will experience a multidimensional sensorial sound journey using somatic. Connected circular breathing, guided vocal with neuroscience language to activate new neuropathways, binaural beats to balance both hemispheres of the brain and access to the subconscious mind, recorded in 432Hz (the frequency of the Universe) brainwave tones, hypnotic therapy, and world-class music to tap into your deepest potential and emotional freedom. Through breath, you can regulate the mind and nervous system. Feel more relaxed, alive, and present. We live too much in the mind and are disconnected from our bodies and emotions. Breathwork helps us to disconnect from the mind and connect with our body, sensations, and the present moment.
Conscious living seminar
To feel good about yourself, to live life according to your heart, to grow in love and awareness.
You need to know yourself deeply and take responsibility, to see beyond your conditioning, to see your blind patterns, to review your mechanisms of protection, to heal your heart, to embrace your vulnerability, to embrace with tenderness and Compassion your wounded inner child, and empower your resources to support the transformation process.
