Fitness Level

Intensive breathwork is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with conditions like glaucoma, epilepsy, or aneurysms, respiratory issues or heart, neurological and psychiatric conditions.

You will be served vegetarian food, twice a day, buffet-style, farm-to-table. You’ll enjoy traditional Balinese plates and international favorites, prepared in a traditional Balinese woodfire kitchen. Beverages are not included! The bar offers made-to-order pressed juices, fresh coconuts, and blended smoothies.

Please communicate your dietary needs ahead of time! Be it gluten-free, vegan, raw vegan, or paleo, everything is prepared with health-conscious ingredients.
