Program
This 21-day Panchakarma retreat is designed for those who feel ready for profound, long-term healing, allowing the body, mind, and nervous system the time they truly need to release, restore, and rebuild.
Guided by senior Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Renuka Yadav from Goa, India, this immersive program offers the full classical Panchakarma process in a calm, supportive countryside setting in the Netherlands.
With space, silence, and deeply personalised care, this extended retreat supports cellular detox, emotional release, and lasting inner balance that shorter programs simply cannot provide.
The retreat experience
The 21-day Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s most complete and transformative healing process. Over three weeks, your system is guided gently through all phases of Panchakarma, preparation, cleansing, detoxification, and rejuvenation, allowing deep-seated toxins, tension, and stagnation to release safely and naturally.
Your days are intentionally slow and spacious:
- Gentle morning yoga to awaken the body
- Daily Ayurvedic treatments tailored to your constitution
- Nourishing meals that support digestion and detox
- Quiet afternoons for rest, integration, and nature
- Evenings for herbal tea, reflection, or early sleep
There is no rushing, no pressure, and no overstimulation, only structure, safety, and deep restoration.
All treatments are carried out by Dr. Renuka’s trained therapy team and personally supervised by her throughout the retreat, ensuring your process remains grounded, effective, and responsive to your needs.
Benefits of a 21-day Panchakarma
- Deep cellular detoxification
- Nervous system regulation and emotional release
- Improved digestion and metabolic balance
- Hormonal and immune system support
- Better sleep and sustained energy
- Mental clarity and emotional stability
- A profound sense of inner calm and renewal
This is not a quick cleanse, it is a true reset, supported by time, care, and consistency.
What makes this retreat special

- Full classical Panchakarma process, not a shortened version
- Guided by a senior Indian Ayurvedic physician
- Small groups and deeply personalised care

- Time, space, and silence, the true foundations of healing
