Rooms of single or double occupancy are spacious and comfortable, decorated in a cozy island style. Program

Accommodating up to 10 guests, the program exudes warmth and friendliness, guaranteeing a personal experience as well as individual attention in classes. The energy of the sun and the sea is felt everywhere in Blue Yoga Serifos. It is felt when you lie in bed or practice on your mat. Being one with nature, one with the world, and ultimately the universe is what makes Blue Yoga Serifos a true yogic experience.

During your free time and day, you can participate in any of the optional activities they offer upon request: kayaking and canoeing, beach hopping, guided hiking, the mining trail, herb picking, cooking demo, Chora tour, and folk festivals. Food

You will be served six brunches, six dinners, and five snacks included in the price. Yummy, vegetarian food is served under Blue Yoga Serifos' open-air, bamboo-roof dining area. Using local, and whenever possible organic products, their cook blends the Mediterranean and Cycladic cuisines to prepare fresh, mouth-watering meals. Exquisite Serifian honey and cheese, free-range eggs, and freshly baked goodies add a unique flavor to your daily brunch. At dinner, colorful salads, funky nibbles, and traditional main courses come together to create a healthy and balanced meal.

In harmony with the Ayurvedic tradition, the menu is designed along the principles of a sattvic diet. Full of seasonal vegetables and fruits, legumes, and whole grains, a sattvic diet nourishes the body and purifies the mind. With the occasional tamasic and rajasic additions to balance your energy levels and the climate of the Aegean, your food provides all the energy you need to get through your intensive yoga classes.
