At APL Shamanic Journeys we work with sacred plant ceremonies - which means the schedule breathes. Each group's journey is unique, and the itinerary below is a trusted framework, not a fixed script. They adjust as needed to honor what each group needs most.

All ceremonies and yoga sessions are optional. Every participant receives full information in advance and the choice to engage always rests with you.
Your safety is their foundation. All participants complete a thorough pre-screening process after booking. Our facilitators are Red Cross certified in first aid, a vehicle is available on-site at all times, and the nearest hospital is within a 20-minute drive. In five years of ceremonies, we have never had a medical emergency.
Instructors
Pepe
Pepe, a Peruvian Curandero (shaman) from the Shipibo tribe, began his training at the age of 12 under his uncle Antonio Vasquez Galarreta. Through years of dieting with Teacher-Plants and healing his community, Pepe has become a globally recognized expert in Amazonian Plant Medicine and Ayahuasca. His extensive knowledge and dedication are showcased in the acclaimed Netflix documentary "The Last Shaman," solidifying his reputation as a revered healer and guardian of indigenous healing traditions.
Noe
Hailing from the Shipibo tribe in Pucallpa, Peru's Amazon rainforest, Maestro Noe is a distinguished member of ASOMASHK - the Asociación de Onanyabo Médicos Ancestrales Shipibo Konibo. At 47, with 27 years under his belt, he's an expert in Ayahuasca and sacred plants. Embracing his family's curandero heritage, Noe combines spiritual guidance with Master-Plants diets. His dedication lies in preserving ancestral wisdom and guiding others holistically.
Sani
Sani at the age of 52, originates from the Shipibo tribe hailing from the Pucallpa area of the Amazonian rainforest in Peru. He is a honored member of Asociación de Onanyabo Médicos Ancestrales Shipibo Konibo ASOMASHK. He carries a rich lineage of 28 years steeped in the mastery of Ayahuasca and other sacred plants. As an accomplished Ayahuascero and Vegetalisto, Sani upholds his family's tradition as curanderos. Sani's distinctive methodology combines spiritual mentorship and the administration of Master-Plants, complemented by specialized diets.
Retreat location
A beautifully restored historic mansion set within a private 400-hectare Andalusian estate - with the wild Atlantic ocean just 3 minutes away on foot. Olive groves, a lake, hilltop art installations, and open stables stretch across unspoiled land alive with native wildlife. Relax by the tranquil pool, breathe on the terrace overlooking open countryside - or walk to the beach and let the ocean do the rest.

The APL Shamanic Journeys team takes pride in crafting a culinary experience that is both creative and exceptional. They prioritize using the finest quality ingredients and sourcing local, organic, and seasonal fruits and vegetables. The team is also mindful of accommodating dietary restrictions and can tailor the menu to meet individual needs.
Please be aware that certain food spices are not utilized in the retreat's cuisine in adherence to Ayahuasca dieting guidelines.
It is important to note that dinner service is not provided on ceremonial days to ensure optimal preparation and integration for participants during those significant moments of the retreat.

Two weeks before the retreat, APL Shamanic Journeys will create a dedicated Telegram group for all arriving participants. Here you share your flight details, coordinate arrivals, and arrange shared transfers from Málaga or Sevilla airport to the retreat centre.
Transfers depart at 14:00 on the first day of the retreat. Vans hold up to 8 people - costs are split between the group, ranging from 240-320 EUR per vehicle depending on your airport. They recommend arriving a day early to travel without rush and begin your retreat already at ease. Your journey together begins before you even arrive.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 16 days before arrival.
