Program
There is an essential part of us. Beyond fear, emotional hardship, and mental distress. A home where we can simply be at ease within ourselves, in the natural joy of our own being. This is our spiritual reality. Although we are never separate from it, this truth may remain hidden behind our identification with the ego and its constant dramas in life.
Through the practice of Tantra yoga, you can free yourself from fear, insecurities, and mental limitations. You tap into your full potential and experience a profound sense of completeness, belonging, and purpose in life.
In this, you'll get to learn these scientific practices firsthand and how to make them a part of your everyday life.
Meditation Retreat
This Meditation Retreat is designed to provide a well-rounded and insightful journey into meditation, the mind, and the interconnected biological systems that influence our inner world. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these topics will enrich your meditation practice and deepen your connection with yourself and the cosmic mind:
- Meditation Theory: You begin with the fundamentals and gain a solid foundation in the principles that underpin this ancient set of practices.
- Understanding the Mind (Kosas) and Mantra: You dive into the layers of the mind and the power of mantra as you explore how these elements contribute to your meditation journey.
- The 8 Limbs of Raja Yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi, each limb holds its unique significance on our path to self-realization.
- Yoga Psychology 1: The Nervous System: The intricacies of the nervous system help us to understand the profound connection between the mind and body.
- Yoga Psychology 2: The Glandular System: Its role in regulating thoughts and emotions, and how we balance them through yoga asana, a sattvic diet, and the 8 limbs of Raja Yoga.
- Understanding Chakra, Mind and Vrittis: You gain insight into the Chakra system and how it influences your mind and mental propensities (Vrittis). This knowledge teaches you how to balance and align your chakra and gain control over your thoughts for a deeper meditation experience.

Dada Satyamitrananda
Dada's spiritual journey began in 1994 when he first discovered the science of tantra yoga and meditation, a path that soon led him to become a dedicated Acarya monk in 2000. To become Acarya, Dada deepened his knowledge and understanding in an extensive six-year training program that included both practical and theoretical aspects of Tantra yoga, Raja yoga and various meditations and spiritual practices. After that Dada spent the next 16 years in Singapore, where he founded Ánanda Márga Yoga Academy, which became an accredited college under the Ministry of Education in 2010.
