Adi Yogpeeth provides residential Yoga Retreat Program. The school yoga campus is one of the cleanest school building in Rishikesh. They provide private/ single and twin shared accommodation to their students.
Private Accommodation:
The rooms are new, big and bright. You'll have a wardrobe and a big-size bed. 24/7 hot shower, water-heater, unlimited internet-access and intercom. Bed sheets, pillows and towels are also provided.
Twin-Shared Accommodation
It includes two single beds, bathing shower and water-heater, Western toilets, wardrobe are available in the rooms as well as unlimited free internet access and intercom all day. Bed sheets, pillows and towels are also provided.
Program
Suitable for all levels, the daily Hatha yoga classes are a fluid sequencing of postures linked with the breath. Classes are tailored to individual needs so they are challenging, yet not overwhelming and allow you to progress at your own pace.
Adi Yogpeeth will also introduce and demystify some of the secret practices of yoga that truly transform lives: Yoga Nidra, working with chakras, Ayurveda, and discuss yogic philosophy. They address topics like healthy diet and eating patterns, daily rituals that promote inner peace, communication patterns that foster love and understanding, and psychological attitudes that nurture self-healing.

Instructors
Subhash Singh
Born and brought up in Rishikesh, popularly known as the world capital of Yoga. Subhash is a young yoga practitioner and a learned yoga Guru. His first formal training was in one of the Ashram in Rishikesh where he did an in-dept study on subjects like Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, Shathkarma & Pranayama, along with other aspects of art. Since then he has dedicated himself to the path of Yoga. Subhash has been fortunate enough to have learnt different concepts of Yoga from their respective masters and thereby considers all his teachers as his Guru.
Ganesh Negi
Ganesh Ji was born and bought up in the World's Yoga Capital Rishikesh, Ganesh started his yoga journey in 2013, he completed his graduation degree in science in Rishikesh and completed a Master's degree in yogic science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University Haridwar. He has completed his 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training program with a reputable institute, and he is an experienced and registered yoga teacher with yoga alliance USA. He also started learning and practicing yoga under some of the most influential and well-known yoga teachers in Rishikesh.

Learn yoga in the world’s yoga capital, Rishikesh, from traditional Himalayan yoga teachers, from the basics to advanced, in a traditional way, at Adi Yogpeeth which is situated in Tapovan, Laxman Jhula, in Rishikesh, which is in India's northern state of Uttarakhand, in the Himalayan foothills, beside the Ganges River. The river is considered holy, and the city is renowned as a world’s yoga capital.
The surroundings of Adi Yogpeeth are very serene and peaceful, and at the same time very energetic by the flowing energy of river Ganga. Also, Rishikesh is a magical and holy place that has been somehow attracting people from all over the world for many years already.
The school is at a walking distance from the river Ganga. It is surrounded by the serene green mountains which heal the inner soul and the Ganga River flows at a walking distance.
The school is far from the craziness but near enough to reach everything you need. All over Rishikesh, you can find local markets, unique shops, and breathtaking views of the holy river and nature.
