Jana Brauer
Originally from Berlin, Germany. Jana came to Koh Samui in 2005 and encountered her first yoga class with Absolute Yoga, which formed a strong passion that propelled her on her yoga journey. Jana has a gentle approach to teaching and enabling her students to move in a rhythm that guides them mindfully with their breath. Every student is given room to nurture their body and mind in an atmosphere of safety and comfort, creating a state of balance and harmony.

Absolute Sanctuary is located on the idyllic tropical island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. It is situated northeast of the island in Cheong Mon just 5 minutes' drive away from Koh Samui International Airport and Chaweng beach.

Absolute Sanctuary's in-house restaurant, The Love Kitchen, serves all the food. They offer clean and light dishes that focus on the inherent natural flavors of key ingredients with a variety of dietary or nutritional goals you may target. There in The Love Kitchen, they try to be as natural as possible by using mostly organic products, cold-pressed oil, and whole-food seasonings.
They serve only homemade breads, muffin, and cookies for snacks and all dressings and sauces used are made from scratch.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served fresh daily at both indoor and outdoor seating area, or if you prefer, a dining room is available.
Taking you to an even better dining experience, they offer complementary tantalizing concoctions of freshly squeezed juices, invigorating smoothies, and "smart drinks" boosted with the highest-quality supplements - just another way to recharge, refresh, and revitalize!

Absolute Sanctuary is located just 5 minutes from Koh Samui International Airport. Bangkok Airways flies daily, almost hourly from Bangkok, with a flight time of 1 hour. It also has international flights daily from Singapore and Hong Kong and domestic flights from provinces such as Phuket and Chiang Mai. Silkair flies three times a week from Singapore to Koh Samui.

- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
