Instructors
Seema Tewari
Born and brought up in the villages of foothills of the Himalayas, Seema has inherited great wisdom from her grandfather who was a freedom fighter of India and traveled in different parts of India and other countries while fighting the world war. Seema has great knowledge about Indian mythology and takes care of Indian mythology in sessions at Yogada.
Rajee Ba
Born in a Brahmin family in the Himalayas, Yogi Raj Jeev has started his career as a research scientist after his post-graduation in Organic Chemistry and PgD in Himalayan Tourism. He is still heading the pioneer and leading adventure tours and travel company the Garhwal Himalayan Explorations Pvt. Ltd with its base in Rishikesh.

About the Location
This yoga teacher training will take place in Shivpuri Village, Rishikesh, India. Yogada - In the Himalayas is one of the most unique and ideally located schools in the entire Rishikesh area. Yogada - In the Himalayas is 10 kilometers upriver from Tapovan (Rishikesh). Situated on the banks of Ganga and spread over a big green area at the base of lower Himalayan foothills, Yogada - In the Himalayas promises the highest quality of living and learning atmosphere.
Away from the busy commercial town of Rishikesh, Yogada - In the Himalayas is located in Shivpuri Village which is 9 kilometers upriver (The Ganges) from Tapovan, Rishikesh. Located on the right high Bank of the Ganges, surrounded by thick reserve forests of Himalayan Foothills where nature in abundance with the sound of roaring Ganga and rare species of Himalayan birds as well as Himalayan herbs in the forests.
Shivpuri is home of Shiva and is mentioned in Shiv Purana, the ancient scripts of India, and an ancient Shiva temple is still situated near the confluence. The entire area of Shivpuri is highly energized and vibrated for spiritual practices as well as provides special soulful ambiance.

Most of the raw food comes from the villages of high Himalaya where use of chemicals, pesticides and artificial manure is not practiced till date.
