Energizing and inspiring movement practices each morning and early evening, offer simple and creative ways to enhance mind/body awareness and increase mobility, strength, and flexibility, whilst indulging in the incredible surroundings of this beautiful sanctuary.
Daniel’s unique healing art form, nourishing your body and mind with a renewed connection to the breath, organic movements and sustainable energy practices, combined with Nicole’s ability to subtlety fuse yoga and nature through the elements, ensure everyone will be met with expert attention and care.

Instructors
Nicole Gibbard
Nicole is from England and has lived and been teaching in Zurich, Switzerland, for the past 25 years. She was previously a manager for exclusive fitness clubs, and is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, educator and International Presenter for over 20 years with 1500 hours of yoga teacher training in five different yoga systems and Vipassana meditation. Her company was created 15 years ago, offering high end retreat experiences, always combining adventures and experiences in nature with exceptional food and cultural concepts. She is a keen outdoor enthusiast and loves to have fun!
Daniel Rojas
Daniel “Sonic” Rojas is a professional dance and movement specialist. He is the creator and owner of Alliyana Movement.
