Renate Heiss is a psychologist, yoga teacher, and non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy Renate runs the yoga and psychotherapy center. She has been practicing yoga and meditation herself for over three decades and has now been teaching Kundalini Yoga as her main focus for several years. As an individual and group therapist in a psychosomatic clinic, she has made the combination of psychotherapy and yoga her passion.
Kathrin Millinger
Kathrin ist Lehrerin für Kundalini Yoga und für geistige und körperliche Fitness, Künstlerin. Sie unterrichtet in ihrer Energiewerkstatt, einem Raum für Bewegung im Innen und Außen, Kundalini Yoga, Bewegungsstunden, Meditationskurse. Sie hält Workshops und Vorträge rund um die Themen Körper, Geist und Seele, spielt gerne Gitarre, singt und tanzt. Diese Leidenschaft zur Musik teilt sie bei Mantra-Abenden in der Energiewerkstatt. Yoga und Meditation sind ihre tägliche Begleitung. Die spirituelle Praxis hilft ihr, das Leben mit Gelassenheit und offenem Herzen zu erfahren.
