Yoga Laila has been offering yoga retreats and teacher training around the world between India, Morocco, Malta, Turkey, Germany, United Kingdom, and Italy.
Yoga Retreats (3)
Laila likes to help students to listen more to their bodies and share tools that can help them feeling freer on all levels. She also likes to put emphasis on rejuvenating practices to recharge the inner batteries. Her classes are process-oriented, looking for a quality of movement that enhances awareness. It is an invitation to explore new ways of moving, breathing, and being. She developed her teaching skills during four years in the Iyengar yoga tradition. Laila continued her studies in Yin, Restorative, Scaravelli-inspired yoga, yoga synergy, Calligraphy yoga, and Vipassana meditation.

"Overexceeded my expectations"
This New Year's yoga retreat came together in such a balanced and harmonious way, that it left all of us, who started as strangers, feeling connected, relaxed, and like we had known each other forever. Everything was on spot the transfers, venue, food, massage, organized hikes etc. and especially yoga practice. It was very well balanced (active and restorative part) and left us enough space to explore ourselves on what is truly needed in the moment. I returned home with relaxed, refreshed and inspired. I loved the small ritual which we did with Laila on the turn of the year, letting go of the old and setting intentions for the time to come. Hope to have the chance soon to join another Laila's retreat.

"Above and beyond my expectations"
I was particularly surprised and delighted at how much I loved Laila's yoga sessions, as I had no idea what to expect. She presented with such intuition, sensitivity and also with a flowing dance like quality guided by her soft and mesmeric voice. I have taken away some really useful movements and techniques to try and de-computerise my body !
I also loved the location, a huge space to ourselves and great to have access to a pool and an area to have a massage or a hamam. The yoga room was nicely situated and had been beautifully designed and built in keeping with local materials. There was a lovely atmosphere created by Laila and also all the people based there - very relaxed and welcoming. In addition, all the food, without exception was very creative, delicious and had amazing flavours and they kindly worked around my banana intolerance, thank you, Anne-Gialle !
All in all an excellent week - I would highly recommend the yoga, the location and the food.

She is a very nice and experienced teacher and showed me a completly new way to practise yoga which I can also bring in my everyday life. I am grateful for this experience. Also the Riad in Marocco was beautiful with the pool, the small spa and the nice yoga room. Especially the high quality of the food was super. Thank you to you all. I had a lovely week!

"Wonderful experience "
Laïla is a wonderful, warm hearted human being and an amazing teacher. I love listing to her voice and her gentle way of teaching. For me as a beginner the pace was perfect. Now I feel more home in my body again. The Riad aux deux mondes was a great place, wonderful food, a lot of activities and a fantastic host, Anne-Gaëlle, who was also giving us a little cosmetic workshop. The group was great and we had a lot of fun. This will certainly not be my last retreat with Laïla.

"A memorable experience "
I can’t speak highly enough of this retreat. The setting of Club Scanella is remarkable, built on the edge of the sea and serviced by numerous natural thermal pools. But it is the yoga which is makes this retreat so special. Laila is a really extraordinary teacher as she brings her own unique understanding and approach to the yoga experience. I am not new to yoga but I feel that after this week I have learnt so much that I can integrate into my own practice going forward. The retreat was really well organised and Laila made sure we were all well supported for the week. The other participants were all so friendly and interesting it really has been a memorable experience. I highly recommend this retreat - and will be back for more!

This was my first retreat with Laila and I am very delighted! The yoga was great, very nicely tailored and I enjoyed every session. Laila gives yoga special touch and helped me to connect with yoga & myself again. The place was also very nicely selected and all well organized. Stairs were challenge but at least you could balance all the nice meals that Pietro and his staff prepared for us daily 😃. Hot spring in pool is great bonus really appreciated during colder days. Massimos massage was also nicely tailored based on needs and you could feel, he is very experienced! For sure plan to come back again.

"Fabulous holiday with a stunningly good yoga teacher"
Laila is a highly experienced yoga teacher. Her methods are both gentle and challenging, her tone encouraging. She has a great sense of humour. This was the best yoga experience I have ever had. Why I particularly liked was the thought Laila he put into our yoga sessions. Traditional yoga poses were there and she had added so Qi Gong movements which are
wonderful for loosening stiff muscles and also has her own take on some yoga ‘truths’. In other words, prepare to be practising some new and highly beneficial moves. The food offered by the hotel venue was out of this world. Our group of wonderful women - a big plus this, such an interesting and adventurous gathering from many continents - rushed down to breakfast after our morning yoga for the delicious buffet and bottomless tea and coffee and were even more keen to get to dinner. There was always fresh fish caught by the owner Pierre and his cousin Giovanni, and complemented with a different pasta every night, and fresh vegetables. And if you had room, home made desserts. Only wine and water were not included. Laila’s partner, lovely Massimo, provided bodywork and his massages were pronounced excellent by everyone who tried them. One was included in the holiday price. Ischia provides enough things to do during the day when yogis are free. A visit to one of the thermal water parks is a must. Ischia is a beautiful island and May a wonderful season for
Wild flowers and wether that is sunny but not yet too hot. Rush to book up!
