This is your invitation to drop the weight you didn’t realize you were carrying. In the heart of the Italian south, where time slows and the body softens, this retreat offers you space to let go, to move gently, and to feel like yourself again. Come if you’re ready to trade pressure for presence, tension for touch, and busy for breath. This isn’t a retreat to become someone else — it’s a return to what’s already within you. A week to breathe, move, soak, taste, and rest your way back into balance. Let the Mediterranean rhythm recalibrate you.
A family-run farmhouse retreat nestled in lush gardens above the sea, where thermal waters rise from deep within the earth. Once the grandfather’s vegetable garden, the land is now alive with fig, mulberry, and pomegranate trees. The heart of the place is its natural spa: two open-air thermal pools, one indoor pool, a volcanic stone sauna, and steam caves carved into ancient tuff — a sanctuary for deep restoration.
Rooms are set among the trees with private entrances and terraces, some offering simple island charm, others quiet luxury. The family welcomes you with warmth, tending the gardens and preparing homemade meals. Yoga takes place in a serene indoor sala or on a sea-view platform — stunning spaces to move, breathe, and simply be.
The most spacious and recently built rooms, filled with light and offering breathtaking sea views. Each suite features a large private terrace to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
Comfortable and charming rooms with stunning sea views, each one uniquely designed with its own special character. A beautiful space to relax and feel at home.
Bright, simple, and cozy, these rooms offer comfort and a peaceful mountain view. A perfect retreat for quiet rest and ease.
The practices will be intuitive and nourishing, with a gentle focus on feminine embodiment. You’ll flow through a mix of somatic yoga, Qi Gong, dance, affirmations, and nervous system resets, all tailored to support and empower the unique rhythms of a woman’s body. It’s a time for deep self-care and embracing the wisdom within.
Set in a charming farmhouse above the Fumarole beach in the peaceful fishing village of S. Angelo, you’ll be surrounded by natural beauty. The location is an oasis of peace where hot thermal vapor rise from the earth, creating a magical environment perfect for recharging your body and soul.
Morning and evening yoga classes will take place on a platform overlooking the thermal pools and the island of Capri or in a spacious, tranquil yoga hall. Imagine reconnecting with yourself while being immersed in the idyllic Mediterranean landscape.
You’ll be staying just a 5-minute walk from Maronti Beach, the longest and most beautiful beach on the island, and only 10 minutes from the pastel coloured, traffic-free village of S. Angelo, with its cafés, restaurants, and local charm.
Breathe in the fresh Mediterranean air, unwind in the thermal pools, detox in the sauna and steam bath, and allow the Italian Dolce Vita to inspire your soul. This retreat offers the perfect balance of movement, relaxation, and connection with like-minded women, creating memories that will stay with you long after the week ends.
Laila likes to help students to listen more to their bodies and share tools that can help them feel freer on all levels. She also likes to put emphasis on rejuvenating practices to recharge the inner batteries. Her classes are process-oriented, looking for a quality of movement that enhances awareness. It is an invitation to explore new ways of moving, breathing, and being. She developed her teaching skills during four years in the Iyengar yoga tradition. Laila continued her studies in Yin, Restorative, Scaravelli-inspired yoga, yoga synergy, Calligraphy yoga, and Vipassana meditation.
Lush, volcanic, and bathed in golden light, the island of Ischia has been a place of healing since ancient times. From its thermal hot springs to mountain trails and botanical gardens, this island whispers renewal in every direction. You’ll be staying in the south of the island, just above Maronti beach, near the car-free village of Sant’Angelo. Thermal steam rises from the sand, and every path is scented with lemons, figs, and wild herbs.
The restaurant of Il Giardino del Nonno is one of the highlights of the retreat. Enjoy tasting the real traditional Ischian recipes passed down in a family tradition to Anna and Pietro, and their children. They will spoil your senses and tastes with the freshest biological ingredients coming straight from the gardens, and those who like can also savor the catch of the day at dinner time and enjoy some of the great local wine.
Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes a generous spread of fresh fruit, eggs, bread, muesli, yogurt, tomatoes from the garden, ricotta, local cheeses, Italian pastries, coffee, tea, and juices — everything you need to start the day well-nourished.
Dinner is a lovingly prepared, multi-course meal featuring a first course of pasta, risotto, or soup, followed by a second course of freshly caught fish (the owner’s husband is a fisherman!), seasonal vegetables, and salad. There’s always a delicious dessert to end the meal.
Gluten-free options are available upon request with advance notice. Many of the ingredients come directly from the garden, and every dish is prepared with care using the freshest seasonal produce.
$All is served on the large flowery terrace overlooking the sea and pool. Life is being celebrated here, and it just feels wonderful.
Please note that drinks and water are not included.
Just off the coast of Naples, Ischia is a lush volcanic island with a unique energy all its own. Shaped by ancient geothermal activity, it carries an almost tropical feel — warm, fertile, and vibrant, with a microclimate that sets it apart from the rest of Italy. October is a particularly magical time to visit. The summer crowds have gone, the sea remains warm, and the island settles into a slower, softer rhythm.
Wander through quiet villages, bathe in seaside hot springs, or hike to panoramic views from Monte Epomeo. Rooted in natural beauty and ancient tradition, Ischia invites deep rest, gentle adventure, and reconnection with the land and with yourself.
In addition, assistance is available for arranging private boat trips around the island, as well as massages and bodywork sessions. Nearby spas within walking distance also offer treatments such as pedicures, manicures, and more. Whether seeking adventure or deep rest, there are options to suit every need.
