How the training works
This course consists of 25 contact hours for 28 days, six non-contact hours per day for self-study, and four recorded yoga sessions per day, with the highly experienced teachers of Nirodha Yoga School, whom Wonderland Healing Center has collaborated with over the last year with great success. Wonderland Healing Center has created a fantastic training schedule for those aspirants who have always dreamed of becoming certified in yoga but have been unable to take a month out of their busy lives.
At the end of the training module, you will complete an online practice exam, after which the certificate will be mailed to the candidate by Nirodha Yoga School. Contact hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (GMT+7) with an open talk for Q&A for all the topics twice a week (practice or theoretical classes) and any relevant questions for being a yoga teacher via Zoom. Non-contact hours will be from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (GMT+7) where the student will be watching live asana practices or frontal lectures of the theoretical stuff.
They will provide a recommended schedule, however, you will be self-managing so you can work the schedule around you. Upon completion of registration, you will be welcomed into a Facebook group whereby you can receive content, communicate with the Wonderland Team and also fellow students. As an added bonus, you would also be welcome to join future physical Nirodha teacher training courses here at Wonderland free of charge.
