Kelsea Anderson is a certified yoga teacher, health coach, and nature therapy guide. Her yoga journey began in 2012 after a long career as a college soccer athlete with intentions to heal multiple accumulated injuries. Not only did she heal her injuries, but she also received the immense benefits yoga offers us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She trained to be a certified teacher with The School of Sacred Arts in Bali in 2015, focusing on the styles of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, she also studied the Barkan Method under Jimmy Barkan. She has since taught at various health festivals and
Taylor Ackerman has been practicing yoga for 13 years and gained her teaching certification in Hatha yoga from Ashiyana Yoga School in Goa, India in 2011. Taylor currently works as a massage therapist and A-EMT in Midcoast Maine. Taylor plans to attend medical school and will be starting a training program this fall in structural integration fascial bodywork. Taylor desires to part of reforming our health care system to support a more patient center whole body and mind approach.
