Program

In the hectic world today, your body and mind are constantly subject to toxins—from packaged foods, irregular routines, pollutants in the environment, and excess stress to medical procedures such as chemotherapy and surgery. Addictions and increasing alienation from nature add to the load on our systems. These toxins over time upset the natural equilibrium of the body, weaken immunity, and result in a variety of ill-being such as indigestion, tiredness, worry, headaches, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, allergies, and even loss of mental clarity.

Ayurveda, the ancient art of whole-body healing, presents a detailed and age-tested method of detoxification. Its goal is not only to purify the body but also to balance the body, mind, and environment. With this procedure, one can shed embedded toxins (ama), build up the immune system, and restore lost energy, mental sharpness, and emotional equilibrium.

The Ayurvedic detoxification process has an organized three-stage process:

  • Purva Karma (preparation): The body is prepared for intensive cleansing during this stage by oleation (internal and external usage of oils) and sweating therapies that mobilize toxins.
  • Pradhana Karma (primary cleansing): Customized therapies like Vamana (therapeutic emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (medicated enema), Nasya (nasal therapy), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting) facilitate the removal of toxins from the body.
  • Paschat Karma (rejuvenation): The post-detox treatment aims at rejuvenation by a tailored diet, herbal remedies, lifestyle counseling, and Rasayana treatments to feed and stabilize the system.

Every phase is meticulously tailored according to one’s constitution (dosha) and imbalances, as diagnosed by a skilled Ayurvedic physician. This all-inclusive detox not only cleanses the body but also awakens the spirit—promoting long-term wellness and resilience.
