Vala House has a selection of beautiful rooms either ensuite or with shared amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are serviced daily. Large rooms with balconies overlooking the expansive gardens are available. All rooms have either a queen or king-sized bed.

This yoga immersion retreat for beginners covers the daily practice of meditation, two yoga sessions, and one theory class. Peter is the founder of Vala House and a registered 500RYT with Yoga Alliance. Peter teaches Classical Yoga using the Vinyasa Krama system and Hatha Yoga principles for all levels from beginners to advanced yogis. His teaching is rooted in both the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Swami Sivananda. His specific concentration is on yoga Nidra as taught by by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Peter is also a registered RTT therapist, breathwork counsellor and life coach.
