Sue has been teaching yoga for over 14 years and previously ran a successful Bikram Yoga studio in the UK with her sister for 8 years. She teaches Bikram, Vinyasa and Yin and has a relaxed, calm way of helping you get the most from your practice. Sue enjoys teaching beginners or challenging the more experienced students. Apart from her passion for yoga Sue really enjoys being a host at their retreat. She loves getting involved with the kitchen to make sure the food served is healthy, organic and fresh. Furthermore, she has an eye for detail which can be found in every room of the retreat.

After practicing many styles of yoga over the years, Jane attended the Bikram teacher training program in 2009 in Los Angeles and has been teaching regularly since then. Along with Sue, she managed a Bikram Yoga studio for 8 years and during that time has also trained in Yin yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and yoga Nidra. Jane now lives permanently in Spain and teaches at The Palms, her passion for yoga and teaching comes across in her classes and really enjoys sharing her experience.
