Master the Art of Yoga with Ancient Wisdom

This course offers a rare opportunity to explore the depth of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa practices, drawing inspiration from sacred texts like the Hatha Pradipika. You will cultivate a deep understanding of these styles, enabling you to teach with authenticity and compassion.

Svabodha’s holistic approach integrates the principles of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, empowering you to embody the true essence of yoga. By uniting these disciplines, you will emerge as a skilled and inspired yoga teacher, ready to share your knowledge with the world.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for true spiritual seekers ready to commit to regular practice and personal growth.

While it's best to have a few years of experience if you are serious about learning and going deeper, even a few months of practice can be sufficient. There are no prerequisites in terms of physical ability—you only need to be able to sit on the ground and stand up.

Course Curriculum
