Wellbeing Retreat in the UK

Slow down, and allow yourself the space to reconnect with yourself. Use this weekend to release blocked stagnant energies, learn about balancing your chakras and what they even are! Natalie and Gemma use yoga, and Pilates to allow you to reconnect with your mind-body- spirit connection. Nature walks to reconnect to the present and reset your body (bio-rhythms).

  • 14:00 - 17:00 Journal / reflection downtime / treatments
  • 17:15 - 18:00 Restorative Pilates
  • 18:00 - 19:00 Dinner
  • 19:30 - 21:30 Forgiveness + stepping into your power (down at the round house / log burner). Creating an energetic shield.

Retreat location

Stunning location set in beautiful countryside close to castles, gentle water falls, source of a river, and great walking.

How to get there

Driving directions from the east

From the East, you travel along the M4 until the last junction, (roundabout) then turn right (second exit). Stables Wellbeing is just 20 mins away from here. Stables Wellbeing is 90 minutes from the Severn Crossing, three hours from Heathrow.

From the North, get to M5 then take M50, straight down to M4 or take A40 junction, for a more scenic route. Stay on A40 until Llandovery, then on to Llandeilo. See local directions below.

Driving directions from Ammanford center:

  • At the lights at the top of the high street, turn right (not towards Llandeilo)
  • Go along the road, about half a mile, turn left after the speed camera. Tip: This road takes you past the recycling centre.
  • Continue along this road until you come into the village of Llandyfan, go past the ‘Square and Compass’ pub which should be on your right. Slow down here as you need to take the next right turn (approx. 50mtrs and looks like an inclined fork right turn).
  • You now proceed along this road and up the hill. When the road levels off, look for the signs ahead of you on the right which will state Stables Wellbeing. Turn right here. Continue up the drive, keeping to the left and you will arrive at a large parking area.

Driving directions from Llandeilo center:

  • Leave the town and go over the bridge
  • At the mini roundabout in Ffairfach, turn left (brown sign for Carreg Cennen Castle)
  • Continue along the road and under the railway bridge. Once you have passed under the bridge, turn right. You should see another brown sign for Carreg Cennen. You pass the old Ffairfach school on your left. Go along this road until you come into the village of Trap.
  • You go over the bridge and continue straight, going past the Cennen Arms which will be on your right. Continue along the road until you see the signs ahead of you on the left which will state Stables Wellbeing. Turn left here, continue up the drive, keeping to the left and you will arrive at a large parking area.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
