Sofroyogy

Olivia first studied literature, before realizing that she was not connecting with her body. She then engaged in her first passion: acting, to bring together body and words. She had been acting for 12 years when she discovered yoga and sophrology 20 years ago, as a way to improve her acting. She gained a 200-hour Ashtanga yoga teaching certification in Mysore, and immersed herself in Ashtanga in Bali, and she is also a 500-hour certified Hatha yoga teacher in France. She is now sharing her passion to students in Lozère and in other studios in Paris.
