Golden Grove has one double room with a private bathroom, one triple room with a private bathroom, one quadruple room with a shared shower room, safari lodges, four twin cabins, and two double-bed cabins.

Hosted at the peaceful surroundings of Golden Grove Retreat, the serenity warrior retreat offers a unique blend of movement, deep inner work, nervous system restoration, and community. It is a space to step away from the pressures and expectations of daily life and reconnect with the part of you that feels alive, confident, and fully expressed. In traditional Chinese medicine, summer is associated with the fire element, which governs the Heart meridian - the energetic centre connected to joy, courage, identity, and authentic expression. When this inner fire is strong, you feel vibrant, confident, and open to life. But when that fire becomes suppressed, you often begin to hold yourself back.
You may second-guess yourself, overthink decisions, silence your voice, or shrink parts of who you are in order to feel accepted. Over time, it becomes easy to forget what it feels like to move through life with genuine confidence and clarity. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with that spark. To reignite the fire within you. Over the course of three days, you will be guided through practices that support both activation and restoration. Lawyer, teacher, author of the Serenity Reset series of books on healing the nervous system. Breathwork coach, life coach, masters of NlP, Advanced Vinyasa 500 hr, Yin yoga specialist, Nidra trained, and lives to dance.
Ekachy Schmalisch
Thai boxing since 2005 and originally from Thailand, Ekachy brings quiet patience and strength. He has fought in televised events and has taught Muay Thai since 2017

Llandeilo is the closest train station. You will be collected from the station. At the heart of Wales Trainline, about a ten-minute taxi ride from Llandeilo train station.
