Anoop started his yogic life in the year 2004, and soon found himself as an aspiring yoga teacher. He has taught in different yoga teacher training centers in Rishikesh since the start of his career. In the year 2012, he traveled to China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Russia, and Europe and stayed overseas for 5 years as an Advanced Yoga Teacher with different centers, especially in terms of postural alignment and the use of props to support key postures in the practice. In 2017, he decided to come back to his hometown and open his own yoga school.
Amdhan has been teaching for more than 7 years. The styles he is adept at are Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Power yoga, traditional Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and Kriya yoga.
