Program
This is a program designed to awaken the divine energy known as “Kundalini” and to balance the energy centers called “Chakras.” In this retreat, you will gain a deep understanding of the ancient knowledge of Kundalini and Chakras through the philosophy and practices of meditation, yoga, and pranayama. The program also includes accommodation in clean and comfortable rooms where you can meditate or practice yoga postures in your free time. The special Kundalini diet plan is the icing on the cake for this training, featuring vegetarian, yogic, and Sattvic meals.
In the morning, you will participate in three segments: detoxification, pranayama, and yoga asanas. The yoga postures will be tailored to Kundalini energy to help awaken it.
The seven Chakras
This is the perfect combination of study and relaxation in the world-renowned retreat destination of Rishikesh. During this retreat, you will learn about the Indian philosophy of the seven Chakras and the various ways to awaken them. The program includes an in-depth study of the Chakras from Muladhara to Sahasrara (from the root to the crown Chakra), a diet plan tailored to the Chakras, a personal analysis of your body to identify which Chakra may be imbalanced in your life, and other related topics. Questions such as: What are the signs of opening Chakras? What happens when a Chakra awakens? And how can one awaken the Chakras? – all these will be answered in this well-designed retreat. Join this truly transformational retreat if you want to deepen your knowledge of Kundalini and Chakras.
