This yoga teacher training is a professional, user-friendly program. It's a 12-week program tailored made with love and professionalism, including diverse international experts and professionals in diverse fields. The studies are inspired by Traditional Hatha yoga, contemplative studies, and Buddhism. You can take it on your own time and study from home. Students who complete their training before December 31, 2023, are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

How the training works

This online yoga teacher training will run for 12 weeks. At the completion of each week, you will obtain a live 1-on-1 session with the yoga teacher. Each week your schedule may look like this:

  • Average of 6 hours theoretical/practical pre-recorded videos
  • Asana practices (Yin/Hatha/Vinyasa) with some asana practices may include asanas for specific audiences,
  • 15-minute meditation instruction for the week
  • 15-minute meditation instruction per week​
  • 15-minute pranayama instruction for the week
  • 15-minute mantra practice for the week​
  • 1 weekly online live Zoom session with your lead teacher
  • 1 homework or weekly assignment

Additional material may also include readings, material, workshops, movies, videos, guided audios, etc.

After you are registered, you will receive a confirmation and Welcome Package document and the course curriculum. You will also be given a login to access the material later on and incorporated it into the training group platforms.

The schedule of the live session is flexible. It will be discussed with you prior to the call. All times are based on CST/GMT-6.

The program is designed with a lot of love and quality to train you as a yoga teacher and / or advance your yoga studies. A team of highly qualified teachers will guide you on a 12-week journey into the pure essence of yoga.

This teacher training is held online. Pranaluz Conscious Living is located in Pavones, Costa Rica (GMT-6), and they will live-stream yoga classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home.
