"Not really an Ayurvedic retreat, but a lovely location"

The location was beautiful and accommodations lovely. The people I met there (other guests) were wonderful.

The local staff and new hires (they are changing over the trainers in the next few weeks) were lovely.

The food was varied and healthy.

The yoga and meditation sessions were very good.

The schedule was perfect in terms of activities vs relaxation time.

The amazing staff and the way they deliberately expose you to so much; local culture, different yoga / meditation techniques... the list goes on!

A home away from home.
