Hilda is an entrepreneur, professional athlete and holistic coach, founder of OutRetreat, and an exclusive adventure sports retreat agency with more than 3 years of experience. Her mission is to connect people with nature, promoting conservation through outdoor experiences that inspire harmony and well-being. Her love for the natural environment led me to learn practices such as permaculture, regenerative agriculture, reforestation, yoga, holistic healing, art. She offers these experiences from love.
