Firstly, let me tell you that I was never the most flexible of yogini’s! Due to this fact, I am very aware of the difficulties men and women alike have with starting a yoga practice. Bearing this in mind, I started to develop my practice which was originally Hatha based to include restorative yoga which is a more gentle route into yoga practice and who would have thought my yoga would take me on a path which I never in my wildest dreams would ever have imagined possible even to the point of appearing on television when asked to perform as Yoga T in Steph & Dom’s One Star to Five Star Show.

"Excellent yoga retreat"
It was my first yoga retreat (10 days in total) in Lesvos and I absolutely loved the island. This is the place where people from different countries come back to spend their holidays. Malemi crew is amazing, the stay was very comfortable, and the buffet is various and succulent.
Wherever you go, the beach is clear, calm and soothing. Luckly I also had an amazing weather. The yoga classes and the excursions are well organised and the teachers are truly experienced instructors. I cannot express how much I enjoyed my stay and the locals are really nice. I definitely recommend your next yoga/pilates retreat in Lesvos!

The yoga and the instructor, Mirjam, was very good.

The instructor, Barbara Rose, was excellent and did a great job to turn this rather confused event into a pleasant pilates and yoga-experience.
Wonderful location for yoga on the beach.
Friendly staff at hotel.

No comment!
