Enjoy Pilates and yoga on a beautiful and quiet location. The best place to relax because it's not crowded with tourists. We breathe in the fresh air when doing our yoga class at the warm sandy beach. Don't stay away because of the refugees on the other side of the island, 1.5-hour drive if you want to support them.
We are here because the locals need us. Lesbos has so much to offer, nature is unique, big forests where you can do trackings also during summertime. Your Hotel Pasiphae has a beautiful garden full of roses and palm trees where you can stretch your body and mind. The accommodation is comfortable, fully air-conditioned and also internet is available.
Don't worry about touching your toes, standing on your head or even on your feet. That is what this is all about, not worrying. Just be there, breath and enjoy the experience. Get ready to recharge your batteries and relax or, maybe, sweat a lot. It's all up to yourself. A yoga mat is a place where you don't need to worry about appearance, about who's looking at you or if you're doing something wrong.
It's a safe and peaceful place where you are surrounded by people searching for the same experience. And on top of that, Lesbos is an island for birdwatchers, forests, lakes with flamengos and volcanic hills. Old paths are leading to the monastery, still in use, a small village with gardens, hidden in the mountains. There are 25 circular walks, with road signs. Stop at the hot water springs, where your skin can heal and where you feel completely relaxed.
The accommodation where you will stay at is Pasiphae Hotel. It has a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Its surrounded by a garden where you will have your morning practice. The rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden with palm trees. Every room has a private bathroom, a fridge, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, locker, hairdryer, and a television.
The hotel lobby has a small library and computer. The breakfast area is a buffet with free coffee and tea. Outside you can sit on a cozy terrace to enjoy your breakfast. Your lunch and dinners are separated from the other hotel guests. The cook will prepare meals, you never forget.

Its all in a moderate flow. You can do it. If you're ready for more, we make you sweat. But all with a big smile, After class we have breakfast on your own or join us. We are there for you, 24 hours a day. We go out to the beach, for a walk or an excursion. Take the time to do your own thing, it's your vacation. And if you have the full package, your host Mirjam is also a Shiatsu practitioner.
Your meals are prepared by our cook, Ilan. We try to use mainly biological products. We care about our environments because the birds in Lesbos are unique. Are you in for a walk? even in summertime, the forests are wonderful and the landscapes breathtaking. You can scuba dive or relax in the hot water springs, good to heal your skin. The excursions are included.
The morning class at the beach is refreshing, it's not a boot camp, but easy and steady going. After the buffet breakfast, you can relax on a sunbed at the swimming pool. Each time of the year you can make hikes and circular walks, even in August. In summer, the forest hikes are wonderful or walking along the National Park beaches with beautiful shells and flamingos. You can make short or long tracks, guided by us or on your own.
In the early evening, we have our Yin Yoga stretch and relaxing class on the patio. The sounds of the animals from the mini zoo in the background. The buffet after class is full of warm and cold dishes. The vegetables come from the garden. The desserts are homemade. Make sure you try the lemon cheesecake. There are 5 days with classes and 1 day excursion.
Each week they offer a different Yoga style with a specialist teacher. Most weeks in the morning combined with Pilates for extra core strength. In the morning they offer the Yang style, strengthening the body and in the evening they offer the Yin yoga style to relax and stretch the fascia and muscles. This combination is healthy for your body and mind, a perfect balance. In combination with our biological produced food, you have the best of both worlds.
There are many beautiful tracks, to the salt lakes with flamingos, to the monastery, and through the old forest. These tracks are well marked. We offer guided tours for free as well, so you don't have to walk alone. Most excursions are done by participants together, sharing the car or traveling together by scooter. You visit the mountain villages, the petrified forest, other beaches, museums and hot springs. In the evening you can walk into the village, its very lively with tavernas, beach bars, and shops.
Mirjam studied dance at the Dance Academie in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. She got her masters degree in dance teaching and danced in several productions as a modern and show dancer. After 35 years of teaching and a burn out it was time for a change. She did her teacher training at Yoga Garden in Amsterdam. The Pilates teacher training with Debbie Jenner. Her Shihatsu massage therapy at the Institute for Shihatsu, Academie Qing-Bai.
The accommodation is surrounded by nature, no traffic sounds, only birds. It is walking distance from the beach where you will have some classes too and during the day, you can enjoy the breathtaking views on a sunbed in the shade. The more lively beach is in the village, Skala Kalloni. You can go out for cocktails at night, very cheap, or have an iced coffee on the terrace.
There are many tavernas and restaurants. From there, you can walk along the coast, empty beaches to the salt lakes with flamingos. The whole area is not touristic. Rent a bicycle, scooter, or car in town. You can drive along the bay and around because this part of the island is more or less flat. Organic Yoga Greece provides maps.
Pasiphae Hotel is serving a breakfast buffet. Three lunches and three dinners are also included in the full package. Our cook Ilan is making everything with love. Greek, Indonesian, Italian, vegetarian and non vegetarian. If you have allergies or you need adjustments, tell it our cook. We support the locals by buying their products.
During breakfast buffet, there’s unlimmited coffee, tea and lemonade.
Lesbos has a lot to offer. Picturesque villages and towns like Molyvos, the pearl of the island with a castle on top. You wander through the small streets all the way down to the harbor. Lots of shops, taverns, and restaurants. One of the longest and most beautiful beaches on the island, Vatera is the best place to be if you are traveling with your family. Vatera is seven kilometers of uninterrupted Sandy beach. It has some nice tavernas, a pizza place, and several small bars.
Lesvos / Lesbos is also known for the unique petrified forest covering the Sigri - Eressos - Antissa area. It is a forest ecosystem that has been fossilized 15-20 million years ago due to the intense volcanic area. It is one of the rarest natural monuments in the world.
Lesvos is an ideal place for scooter driving, but you need to bring a driving license. Many hikes and circular walks are well described and marked. The magic of the landscape will reward you. The hotel can provide you with all the information about routes you can take depending on the degree of difficulty you desire.
The hot springs should be very healthy for your skin. There are several, sober and luxuries. You can easily spend a few hours there. They also have a small library and several computers.

From the airport, you can take a taxi to reach the venue. The hotel is about 50 kilometers away and it will cost you around 50 EUR to get there.
