"Warm Yogi Family in Dale Lake! "
What I found the most positive is the vibe this Yogi family gave me during my staying. They treat everyone like family and they will feed you until you explode! Lol I also love the sightseeing trekking (s) they offered on schedule. I loved the fact they have after afternoon class and meditation first thing in the morning. ( also at night) but I loved the 6:30 am meditation. It’s the best thing for you to wake up before practicing yoga. Not a fan of chai lol but the black tea and oatmeal were my favorite!! The sound of the waterfall before going to sleep 💕

"A fabulous experience of yoga, medi trekking and sightseeing"
The family hosting me on the 7 days course were amazing. They will welcome you into their home with love and authenticity. They share everything - their food, their bhakti love and devotion, their yoga and their beautiful mountains and sights. If I needed anything it was provided with a smile (and the chai was amazing) . The area is so beautiful too - so many nice walks which were perfect in between yoga and meditation classes. It is a full schedule with different styles of yoga, so you get a good all round experience. I loved seeing all the Temples, the markets and the snow peaked mountains. The weather was also lovely - cold in the mornings and evenings whilst really warm in the day.

"Smiles, Laughter, Genuine and Inviting "
This was my first retreat and also my first time to stay in an Ashram and I am totally blessed that I was drawn to Om Ashram.
With no expectation I was brought into a warm, caring, spiritual and relaxed, family. We shared good laughs, I gained knowledge and experience that I am extremely grateful for. Each class, meditation, teaching, excursion was very special and the food I can only say Yum yum it was so AMAZING. Thank you for your warmth, calmness and love Om Ashram and I will beck 😃🙏
