The accommodation is a 10 minutes walk from the most peaceful part of Benaulim beach, South Goa. Peaceful and well ventilated twin sharing / private rooms equipped with all the basic needs like comfortable beds, storage, desk, chairs, and bathroom. Every room has one fan and one mosquito net.
They have strong W-LAN Wi-Fi connection in the premises. There are plenty of really good all kinds of cafes and restaurants are in the radius of 1 kilometer. The accommodation is part of the same training premises. The natural surrounding has tropical plants, coconut trees and colorful beautiful singing birds.

Dorothea Mishra is a principal teacher, international certified yoga teacher (BDY/EYU, YA - E-RYT®, YACEP®), certified yoga therapist (Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar yoga), certified relaxation therapist, German state-approved physiotherapist, alternative practitioner of physiotherapy, alternative practitioner of psychotherapy, German-certified back therapist (KddR), certified practitioner of Spiraldynamik® Therapy / Switzerland, and lecturer for yoga teachers and healthcare professionals.
Subit Mishra
Subit Mishra is an internationally certified Ashtanga yoga teacher (YA - E-RYT500, YACEP®), Hatha Yoga (NY), Yin Yoga (NY), a practitioner of Therapeutic Yoga (NY), and yoga philosophy. 12 years teaching yoga worldwide even before the certificates. He is the head of Management for Niramaya Yoga. Passionate about helping students strengthen their bodies and mind for vital living and imbibing yoga as a way of living. Coming from a family where yoga and Ayurveda as a regular way of life he adopted yoga from the early age of 10 years and continues to practice diligently for over 27 years now.

You will be served daily meals and herbal tea included in the price. There is a very ancient saying in India, "Your action is the manifestation of your thought and your thought is the manifestation of the food you eat." During this training, the kind of food Niramaya Yoga offers will make sure your Tridoshas are balanced and you feel physically active and mentally calm.
All the meals are Indian sattvic, Ayurvedic, yogic vegetarian or vegan food and contain prana. Meals are prepared fresh daily, following Ayurvedic principles to support your practice and detoxification. The sattvic (pure) vegetarian diet is both nourishing and delicious, keeping you energized throughout the day.

Transfers from and to these airports are available upon request with additional cost. Niramaya Yoga suggests you to hire a taxi directly from the airport itself, which would be cheaper and more convenient.
On request, they provide the pickup and drop off with additional charges. Transfers are available at 2400-4500 INR depending upon the type of the taxis and the airport you are choosing to land.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
